Established in 1981, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide objective and reliable information on employee ownership. The members of the organization include companies, professional practitioners, government officials, academics, and other interested individuals.
The ESOP Association, founded in 1978, is a national non-profit membership organization with local Chapters serving ESOP companies, professionals with a commitment to ESOPs, and companies considering the implementation of an ESOP. The Association is the only association devoted solely to ESOPs.
